About Dr. Joseph Isik, OD
Dr. Joseph Isik is a native of Long Island, NY. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Stony Brook University and earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from the State University of New York College of Optometry in Manhattan. While in school, he was a member of the Golden International Optometric Honor Society and received the Billie M. Lyons Memorial Award for Distinguished Service to the College Community. After graduating, Dr. Isik completed an optometric residency in Cornea & Contact Lenses at SSM Health Davis Duehr Dean Eye Care in Madison, Wisconsin. Dr. Isik specializes in fitting “hard-to-fit” patients for contact lenses, including those with keratoconus, corneal ectasia, post-corneal transplant, corneal scars, aphakia, and other medical conditions requiring specialty contact lens fitting.
